About Hilary

Hilary brings expertise in the areas of insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes, and business and financial services litigation to her practice at The Rudnicki Firm. She has broad experience representing clients at arbitration, in both national and international forums, and she is a co-author of Arbitration Acts: A Desk Reference - Second Edition, published in 2010. Hilary has lent her expertise to the American Bar Association's Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS), where she served as the immediate past Chair of the Excess, Surplus Lines and Reinsurance Committee, and as a member of the TIPS Women Trial Lawyers Task Force.
