MEREDITH W. WOLFE
Meredith graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in History. She went on to serve as the Director of Special Projects for the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, working to promote economic development in the state of Oklahoma before returning to her alma mater to complete a Juris Doctorate in 2010.
During her academic career, Meredith was the Articles Editor for the American Indian Law Review and a member of the National Moot Court Team. She also received the American Indian Law Review 2L of the Year award, the Contracts II and Tax Procedure Academic Achievement Award, the Paul K. Frost II Memorial Award, and the Best Brief Award from the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Team.
Meredith began her law career in private practice where she represented parties in various general practice areas including probate, oil and gas/surface damage, quiet title, and enforcement and trust litigation.
Following this, Meredith joined a large, Oklahoma City-based firm where she was a member of the firm’s Banking & Financial Institutions, Litigation & Trial, and Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights practice groups. She represented a diverse list of clients in commercial banking and bankruptcy litigation in both state and federal court.
Additionally, Meredith served as a staff attorney for the Hon. E. Bay Mitchell, III of the Court of Civil Appeals. While at the Court, Meredith honed her research, writing, and analytical skills gaining both experience and exposure in all areas of civil practice. Meredith also served as an Assistant General Counsel for the Oklahoma Tax Commission representing the Commission in administrative proceedings and litigation in both state and federal courts.
Meredith joined The Rudnicki Firm as a Partner in 2018. She handles a broad range of commercial litigation. With her extensive experience across the full spectrum of commercial litigation, Meredith offers advice and legal strategies that encompass all sides of an issue and serves her clients as a legal resource across practice areas.
In her free time, Meredith enjoys being involved in the legal community, serving as a member of the OU College of Law’s Young Alumni Board. She is also a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City’s LOYAL Class VII.
