About Nicole

Nicole Hines-Glover is a seasoned trial lawyer with a wealth of experience in front of juries across Texas. Nicole’s knowledge extends across diverse practice areas, including insurance defense, personal injury litigation, and criminal law. She began her legal journey as a criminal defense associate, handling a docket of over 300 criminal cases in state and federal courts. Nicole handled over 40 trials as first and second chair, ranging from felonies to non-death penalty capital offenses.

 With a commitment to excellence, Nicole swiftly ascended the ranks, transitioning to a civil defense lawyer for a firm in the Dallas area.  She served as lead trial counsel, spearheading complex cases spanning multiple states and consistently achieving impressive results. Her proficiency in managing litigation files from inception through trial, coupled with her adeptness for negotiation and strategic advocacy, has earned her a reputation for delivering favorable outcomes for her clients.   As a civil defense lawyer, she managed litigation files from inception through trial, handling a caseload of over 90 files and first-chairing 24 trials.

 As a dedicated legal professional, Nicole continues to leverage her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to justice to advocate tirelessly on behalf of her clients. Nicole resides in Prosper, Texas with her husband, two daughters, and three Bernadoodles.  In her free time, Nicole enjoys watching sports and reading.

EDUCATION

Nicole holds a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she distinguished herself academically and in various legal competitions, including the Thurgood Marshall National Mock Trial Competition
