About Andy

Andy is a civil litigator with a particular focus on helping oil and gas sector companies find simple, cost-effective, and innovative solutions to legal problems.  His practice includes commercial litigation, appeals, insurance coverage disputes, administrative and regulatory matters, and serving as  outside general counsel for any legal questions that a business may confront.  Andy provides value to his clients by always seeking a tailored approach to the client’s particular legal issue; keeping the financial cost of litigation at the forefront of any analysis; and his ability to handle complex matters touching on multiple areas of law.

Before joining The Rudnicki Firm as an associate in 2022, Andy worked for one of New Mexico’s leading law firms, where he gained valuable experience in complex civil litigation, water law, oil and gas law, utility law, corporate litigation, internal investigations, commercial litigation, appeals, employment matters, contract disputes, administrative proceedings, and insurance coverage litigation.  In addition to representing companies, Andy’s experience includes representing individuals and governmental bodies.

Andy is a graduate of St. John’s College’s distinctive great books program.  He graduated magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2018, where he served on the law review as a staff writer and lead online editor.
